HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 2: Engaging your Vendor Advocate
Step 2: Engaging your Vendor AdvocateEngaging your Vendor Advocate. Follow through on completing all forms, advice on legal documents, preparing the Vendors Statement and appointing your solicitor/conveyance.
To engage your Property Home Base Vendor Advocate, all you need to do is complete the forms attached. (link to all forms). Once this has been done, you have empowered them to begin to act on your behalf and start to advise you on all aspects of the sale, including what paperwork you need to prepare to get your Vendors Statement ready. This is the form required by all Vendors to provide to potential Buyers and you can not sell your property without it. We can make recommendations for a solicitor or conveyance if you do not already have one. |
