Real Estate Agents work for their Sellers, so it can feel rather daunting when you enter the marketplace on your own.

Whilst all of the predictions during the Covid lock down said that the Melbourne property market was going to drop somewhere between 15% to 40%. If your loan has been PRE-APPROVED, and you have been out in the marketplace searching, then you would already know that this is NOT the case.

In fact, quite the opposite.

Most suburbs across Melbourne have a problem with their housing market right now. The problem is supply. It is simply not meeting the demand. More buyers than homes on offer = rising prices. You may have experienced this first hand. At some point in your buying journey, you will begin to see that every other buyer out there is your competition. "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” -Benjamin Franklin

Be prepared. We will be diving in to some tough questions that you may not have thought about in your preparation. The answers to these questions might save you months and months of wandering around out in the marketplace and most importantly - MISSING OUT - on properties that you find and really want to buy. Don’t let this happen.

Bring all of your questions to the Webinar. Property Home Base has a promise. We are here to save you time, heartache and money.
