Whilst we now work with Investors and Home Buyers from Interstate and Internationally, Property Home Base was originally formed to assist First Home Buyers.
Before Property Home Base entered the marketplace, there was NO affordable Service to assist these Buyers.
Our Buyers Agents have led the way, and will always be committed to keeping our low-flat fee Service available for all First Home Buyers.

With our other Home Buyers, we offer a discounted service for those who wish to be more involved in the home search process. This allows all the expertise of a Buyers Agent, while keeping you more heavily involved in the inspection and searches.

Concierge Service
Regardless if you are a First Home Buyer or looking to purchase your next home, our Concierge Service takes all the stress out of your next home purchase. Your Buyers Agent will collaborate with you on the search process, but will complete all initial inspections to save you additional time!
Whether you are a professional with no time, or too busy taking care of the family to go out to weekly inspections, this service will pair you with a Buyers Agent to take away all of your stress.
Consult, Bid and Negotiate Service
Sometimes you are willing to put in the work to find the home, but you just don't know where to begin. Or you have found a home, but aren't sure what steps to take next, or need help with the auction or negotiations. Our Consult, Bid and Negotiate Service pairs you with a Buyers Agent who will give you an extensive consultation to guide you on how to complete your property search, what areas will work with your budget, and provide you with insights to set you on your way to search for your next home.
Once you have found the right place, your Buyers Agent will take over and negotiate on your behalf and try to secure your next home!
Seamless Service - Buying and Selling
What if you could have somebody oversee the sale of your existing home… AND… at the same time have a Buyers Agent doing all of the leg work and due diligence in the search for your next home?
