After enjoying 10 successful years at selling Real Estate, Julie decided to “level the playing field” for Buyers. Shocked to find the market full of commission based Advocates (a direct conflict of interest for the Buyers), Julie set out to create Australia’s first low flat fee Buyers Advocacy service. This business soon expanded to include Vendor Advocacy and became Property Home Base.
Julie and her Team all work from a home base keeping overheads low and passing that savings onto the Buyers. Leading from the front Julie creates a culture of integrity and honesty. She is absolutely passionate about saving Buyers & Vendors time, heartache and money. When Julie is not hard at work running Property Home Base or helping you sell your home or find your ideal property, you will find her travelling with her husband to visit her children and grandchildren, playing with their dogs Jazzy & Buddy, or enjoying good food, wine and music with friends. |

,Alan has worked for over 20 years in Senior Management, Executive and Consulting roles with both local and global enterprises. He now brings this wealth of knowledge, and management expertise to Property Home Base.
Alan manages all of our systems, tools and processes that support the Advocates in delivering the best possible service to our clients. Keeping up with developments, maintenance, changes in technology, legislative changes, client requirements and our commitment to continued growth…. is what keeps Alan busy. Having bought his first property over 30 years ago and first investment property not long afterwards Alan loves assisting our clients whenever he gets the opportunity. When Alan is not working on the continual development of Property Home Base or with our clients, you will find him at the footy, working on his property or meditating. |

Mark has enjoyed over 15 years of working in Real Estate and thrives on the challenge of solving his client's needs.
