How Buyers Can Lose Money In A Buyers Market…

Just this week, we received a call from a very distressed woman that had done just that. Here is what happened…

Why would anyone use a Buyers Advocate? First of all, it is important to know that not ALL Buyers Advocates or Buyers Agents are the same..........

Yes, they all must have their Real Estate Agents Reps Licence, but that is the ONLY qualification that the Real Estate industry requires. You could get this in a matter of weeks doing an online course, and many are doing just that right now. There are many Buyers Agents and Buyers Advocates that have not EVER worked in Real Estate ever before - and some have not even purchased their own home. How can they possibly guide you and direct you to your best outcome? You may find that you actually know more about Real Estate than they do. We are proud of the fact that ALL of the Buyers Advocates/Buyers Agents on our Property Home Base team have worked previously worked as selling agents in Real Estate. Nothing can replace industry experience and knowledge. Having negotiated and purchased on literally hundreds of homes, our Team brings this level of experience to YOUR buying Team.

Besides our level of experience, our FEE is the other thing that makes us very different. We do NOT charge a percentage of the purchase price of your home or investment. To us, this seems like a direct conflict of interest. We are there to help save you time, heartache and MONEY. If you are paying a Buyers Advocate
a percentage,…. that means if you spend more…….they make $$ more. Our LOW Flat-Fee service ranges from $3,500-$5,000 for First Home Buyers - up to $9,545 for our National Strategic Property Investor service. To see all of our services and fees, go to:

However, some buyers want to go and try to do it on their own. This is understandable, but often times home buyers and investors can get wrapped up in liking the Agent and trusting the Agent, and forget who the Agents are actually working for.... They work FOR the Vendor! Real Estate Agents are paid to take every dollar that they can from the Buyers. That is their job! Whether you are buying an investment property, or you are a home buyer, entering the property market without an expert on your Team, means you run the risk of losing potentially thousands of dollars.
