Overseeing the results of all opens, advertising and marketing and monitoring the progress of these. Advising of any changes or adjustments that may be required to ensure your best result. Your property is “live” and on the internet, the For Sale sign has gone up and your Sale has begun. This is a very exciting time, AND a very stressful time. What we are providing here is communication with you that is unbiased, so you do not receive any shocks later, and as often as you need to hear from us. We will be in constant communication with the Agent after Opens and getting weekly reports. We will be reviewing them to see if there is anything missing in the Campaign, or if anything needs to be “tweaked” to get you a better result. We will not hesitate to make any recommendations that we see that might make the difference along the way. We are ensuring that the Agent is doing what they said they would do during our Interview. This stage is all about communication. It is in the absence of this where most people become nervous and anxious. We are always available for you to talk about any aspect of the sale that you are uncertain of, or if you are feeling stressed in any way. We will do all that we can to reduce this, as quickly as we can.
